    I really enjoy working out with Justin. He is a great teacher who always comes up with creative methods for building your physical strength, as well as your coordination and mental discipline. Each lesson has been designed to help me grow in a specific area. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Justin to improve my strength and endurance.

    I had no idea what I was doing when I exercised, but Justin corrected my bad workout habits and helped me develop a routine specific to my needs/abilities. I used to dread working out, but now I look forward to it!
