  Went and visited the zoo today and have to share there are a few new things going on. I purchased my tickets online ahead of time which you must do before you go. Be prepared! They ask that you wear a mask while you are there. If you arrive and don't have one they sell them at the entrance. Kids are$8 and I think adults are double. The maps are now ready for you to download and paths are one way. The employees are cleaning after those that ride the eagle ride. Some exhibits are closed but they don't take away from the great time you'll have????

  The zoo has reopened. There are new policies in place to ensure everyone's safety. Reservations and face masks are required. There are one-way paths to provide easy flow and lessen congestion. It is well thought out and staff is around to help explain things and direct you. With the small crowd and organized experience it was my most enjoyable visit to date.

  Decent sized zoo with a variety of animals. Huge parking lot & I think it’s only $7 to park. Workers were very nice. Couldn’t believe the kangaroo exhibit. You can walk through the trail and actually pet them. The animals seem very well taken care of and the children visiting seemed to be well behaved too by their guardians and employees. They don’t sell beer or any alcohol at this zoo however.

  This zoo is very nice. No exhibit there is to small. The entrance is probably one of the best in the country. The unseen new world is also one the best reptile facilities in the U.S. The Sumatran Tiger, Andean Bear,Spider monkey,and flamingo habitats are nice,clean,and large. I also like the African Savannah area. I also like that the zoo has lots of enteractive exhibits, especially for kids. These are just a few many great things at the Nashville Zoo.

  This is a beautiful, clean and well maintain zoo. It has very attractive enclosures and great landscapes. It has a rope bridge over a river which is a lot of fun. They have areas for petting animals, including a kangaroo petting zone. A kangaroo petting area is something I hadn't seen before. It is a great place to take the kids or for adults that want to go for a walk and enjoy nature.
