Guy was nice and they helped me check my engine light

The team member that greeted me the second I walked up to the counter was professional, pleasant and made good eye contact. His name was Fidel and he immediately earned my trust in him and his abilities to steer me towards the purchase of a Die-Hard battery to replace the original one in my 2016 Altima. His service and installation of the battery was efficient and friendly. I've used this location before and find that the service is usually above average, though one may wait a few minutes if they're busy, which is to be expected by any reasonable customer. Today, Fidel made himself available to me as soon as I entered the store. His excellent service and attitude will ensure my return to this store again. I highly recommend both him and this Advance Auto Parts location.
