(August 13, 2020, 10:04 am)The technician I dealt with, Joseph, was very professional and took great precautions while in my home. He worked extremely hard to take care of all my needs and issues with the system as there were a few things I was unaware of. These days it is rare to receive great customer service but I will say that he exceeded my expectations and I am grateful.
(June 3, 2020, 6:40 pm)We have been very pleased with our ADT alarm system. The first night after we got it, our doorbell system went off and we found a sheriff’s deputy at the door! A neighbor’s horses got out and they thought they we ours. We were thrilled with it from day 1. Our sales rep, Steven Kruzinski has checked with us to see that we were pleased. He was great, helping us decide what we needed. The others who installed it were great, thorough, and made sure we understood the system. Could not be more pleased!
