“A few weeks ago we visited the Gallery and were met by Chris Clasgens, salesman extraordinaire, whom we knew from church. He showed us a large number of pianos in our price and size range. After getting my feedback on each piano, he said "I think I know just the piano for you." He led us to a 5' 9" Essex which had just the tone and touch that I needed. However, the price was above our range. Chris told us that a factory owned five year old model, with a drop dead gorgeous African wood finish, would be arriving the following week at our price range. We made a small deposit and the piano was delivered the following week (after a test drive of course). To say we are thrilled would be an understatement. If you are looking for a knowledgeable person to work with you to find the perfect piano for your needs, you can do no better than Chris who is as ethical as he is knowledgeable. Thank you Chris. From beginning to end has been fantastic! Mrs. Amanda is great to deal with and knowledgeable! Today was my appointment and they allowed me to come in earlier, so I could get to work. She originally said that I would have to be there for 2 hours; however, I was only there for about 45 minutes. The installer came in and said that I was ready to go! He did a perfect job and it looks great! Their prices are very reasonable.
