They helped us through a serious material shortage of the last couple of years, keeping us informed of options and best practices based on available material. Their staff is consistently friendly with our tenants and have always been a positive force on our properties. Their finished product is always excellent.

As a maintenance company Southern Roofing goes well beyond what most people would consider good service. They make themselves available after hours to handle emergencies, and they partner well with my HVAC and Plumbing vendors that may need their assistance with roof penetrations. Most of their service staff are long term employees with decades of experience. Their leak reports are thorough and the turn around on information is prompt.

As an emergency response company, they are fantastic at managing storm damage triage and repair. On more than one roof they made a significant impact to our bottom-line cost of recovery by focusing emergency efforts to prevent more expensive repairs underneath the roof structure. Quick thinking onsite lessened the impact to our tenants and made tenant recovery less of a headache.

Beyond their skill, they have a high bar for excellence, and they are good natured and easy to work with. Hands down, one of my favorite vendors. They know their craft and do it very well.
