(May 24, 2020, 5:41 pm)Terrence did a great job. He was very informative and made sure to ask lots of questions about what our concerns were. He also listened very intently when told of areas we needed to take extra precaution to not have any kind of chemicals get into.
(May 19, 2020, 9:45 pm)They showed up told my wife what he was there to do but didn't do what was promised. I can't sit outside now because of ants and I've never had to deal with ants. I have asked for a respray at no charge we'll see if that happens if not I will cancel and call another pest control company. I will update if a quality service is provided
Update: they came back out and resprayed and we're thorough with the service. This time around I will say it was a 5 star service

They always let you know when they are coming to conduct their service, they are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and communicating with the office is always easy and punctual. Highly recommend! Oh - and no bugs or pest issues since I have received their service! Thank you Aptive!
