Had my container delivered in June, picked up in November to be stored at their Nashville location until we are ready to move to Florida in the near future. (July 11, 2022, 9:30 pm)We started our Pack Rat process today and it went super smooth. Taylor Dowdy was excellent, he helped my wife and I find the best options for our situation. We are a military family and moving is always a stressful time but using the 1-800-pack-rat service has made it a lot more simple. I will update after we complete the move from Nashville to North Carolina!
