Had my container delivered in June, picked up in November to be stored at their Nashville location until we are ready to move to Florida in the near future. Professional and courteous driver and wonderful customer service by phone. Very pleased for their help with the chaos of my moving ordeal!

Phone calls and chat requests were answered promptly and those that I worked with were able to help with my questions or service needs. I know every experience is different, but based on my experience, I highly recommend them.
(July 11, 2022, 9:30 pm)We started our Pack Rat process today and it went super smooth. Taylor Dowdy was excellent, he helped my wife and I find the best options for our situation. We are a military family and moving is always a stressful time but using the 1-800-pack-rat service has made it a lot more simple. I will update after we complete the move from Nashville to North Carolina!
