I have used John numerous times in the last few years and referred him to friends who have been overly thankful!! He has always been responsive, professional, honest and knowledgeable and fair in his expense. Most recently, he helped me over the phone when it seemed to be bigger job than was in his wheelhouse. 2 other companies had been over to inform me we needed to jackhammer my bathroom up to fix a pipe OR were unable to diagnose the issue after 4 visits. Not sure if these folks were idiots or crooks or BOTH....
