“Johnathan H. was a banker at this location who provided me with excellent customer service after not being able to get through to this location to make an appt over the phone. I had something quick that I needed to take care of and his appts had not arrived yet. The concierge (who was also welcoming) asked if he’d take me and not having to say yes he did anyway. He took the initiative to assist me and did not rush through. Since I work in customer service I thought he deserved a compliment. He is definitely a great asset to this branch!”
