Worked on my Jeep all Monday into Tuesday afternoon. Communicating all the times with steps that have taken. Provided locksmith service and ended up being a key issue. “I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for Natchez Trace Veterinary Services. They have been so helpful and kind. My dog needed a huge surgery done, so I took him to Natchez Trace for a 2nd opinion. They looked at my dog for that 2nd opinion and weren't pushy at all. The Dr. even said since he isn't board certified on that type of surgery (but he does it all the time) he could refer me to someone else if I wasn't comfortable with him performing it. They saved me over $1000 by taking him to see them instead of the 1st Dr. I went to who was pretty insistent that I absolutely had to have their board certified surgeon. The staff is very friendly and has answered my numerous e-mails and calls thoroughly and without acting like I am a bother (believe me, I have a lot of questions and can usually only communicate through e-mail since I work during the day and can't make personal calls at work..so there's been A LOT of e-mail communication.) They're located about an hour away from where we live and they were even kind enough to mail me a prescription instead of me having to drive all the way to them just to pick it up. 5 stars is not enough for them- they deserve 10 stars out of 5. I would very easily and highly recommend them to anyone who asks. All 3 of my pups have been to them now. I just wish they were a little closer, but I'm very grateful and thankful to have found them for my Loki's surgery. Thank you Natchez Trace Veterinary Services!”

“I stop into Billy's probably 4-5 days a week — grab a coffee, snack or on-the-go breakfast. I enjoy a little banter with Alex, who previously owned the business, and Ducky. You can get a great breakfast any day of the week, and when I was pregnant, I enjoyed (too many) chili dogs here and there. In terms of car care, I have to give a mad shout-out to Tate, who tonight, stopped what he was doing to pull out not one, but TWO screws and patch the holes. I was fixed up and on my way in less than 20 minutes. This place is the epitome of a neighborhood business — you know the folks who own it and work there, and they watch out for you like family. AND they hosted the first-ever Sylvan Park Christmas Tree lighting! :)”

“It was nice and clean. Well stocked. The staff was friendly I guess. Someone else paid for my coffee so I didn't speak to the lady checking people out. I did speak to a staff member that was out working. She wasn't rude, but wasn't overly nice either. The ladies restroom wasn't very clean for 10:00-10:30 am. I can't imagine why it had paper on the floor that early. Beware of the soap dispenser in the ladies restroom. It shoots the soap out from the top not the bottom. Luckily I had my hand in the right place to catch it. ????”
