“I’ve been using a competitor wash and fold service for a long time and almost always experienced some sort of issue (late deliveries, clothes smelling terrible, not following wash and dry directions, etc.). After recently switching to Clothesline for the same services, I cannot thank them enough for properly taking care of my laundry needs. The company is timely and our clothes are always folded and neatly packed. The laundry smell wonderful and the pick-up/drop-off experience is very easy and punctual. “This is the first time I have gone in a laundry mat and it was clean with very nice machines. Even though it was very busy due to the weekend and a holiday weekend at that, everyone was so nice and picking up after themselves. I was impressed with all the different sizes of machines and FREE wifi to top it off. Since this was my first time there, it took me a minute to figure out the layout but was in the groove within minutes and had willing regulars helping me pick the right one for me. I also noticed that every Saturday they offer Literacy at the Laundry Mat. This filled my heart since I am a teacher. Thank you for giving back to the community. I will return.”

She always remembers my daughter and me, very friendly, and I’ve never had issues with their work. I’ve been going there for five years or so and take all my business clothing there. I’ve never seen her act badly with other customers either, but whatever, I’m sure everyone that had a problem was very courteous and polite with her and it was only her freaking out right?”
