“Denna is great! She went above and beyond to help me provide the proper information for a package that I returned to a company that was not delivered because they were not there. By doing so she helped me receive a $1608 refund from Paypal that I otherwise would not have if she hadn't been so helpful. I visit many post offices often and I have seen how many people get upset with postal employees when they're just doing their job and following proper rules and regulations. On one occasion I witnessed this happening to Deanna, and she remained very calm and politely educated to the customer certain rules surrounding priority mail vs first class etc. I've witnessed other employees not maintain a helpful attitude when dealing with negative &/or uneducated customers, however Deanna kept her composure and went about informing the customer and finding the solution in a proper manner. She is the reason I return to this post office on a regular basis.”
