Her front desk was also just as sweet. I gave four stars because I didn’t like her vet tech, he had this condescending attitude and over talked me like he knew it all and couldn’t handle my bunny which made me really nervous. When the doc got there everything was better she loved on my bunny and even gave her so much lovin and held her to where she was comfortable. I am so lucky I found her!!😍😍 You can tell she truly loves animals and I wouldn’t want it any other way .”

They do not charge exorbitant prices and even if your bills get steep (which they can when it comes to preventative care), they take measures to help ensure the health of your pet without breaking the bank. If you don't believe me, here's something to chew over: our dog, Shadow, actually HOWLS when we get to the vet for check-in and she cannot go in immediately. “Caring veterinarians focused on feline needs (and their owners). They do try to push pet insurance a bit, but the care quality is excellent and prices are reasonable. They are also connected with other specialists (example: ultrasound), so you may not have to go to a separate facility for your cat's diagnostic needs. I definitely recommend them based on my experience. They're also careful with COVID-19 safe distancing.”

“Have been going to this vet since our dog was a puppy 12 years ago. In my search for a vet in this area i visited quite a few at the time. Most quoted strange prices for shots and could not provide price for physical. I was looking for place where folks really liked dogs. You can tell. Two Rivers was that place. They are thorough and offer extensive explanations to my questions. Their prices are better than most. I have been very pleased. “I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for Natchez Trace Veterinary Services. They have been so helpful and kind. My dog needed a huge surgery done, so I took him to Natchez Trace for a 2nd opinion. They looked at my dog for that 2nd opinion and weren't pushy at all. The Dr. even said since he isn't board certified on that type of surgery (but he does it all the time) he could refer me to someone else if I wasn't comfortable with him performing it. They saved me over $1000 by taking him to see them instead of the 1st Dr. I went to who was pretty insistent that I absolutely had to have their board certified surgeon. The staff is very friendly and has answered my numerous e-mails and calls thoroughly and without acting like I am a bother (believe me, I have a lot of questions and can usually only communicate through e-mail since I work during the day and can't make personal calls at work..so there's been A LOT of e-mail communication.) They're located about an hour away from where we live and they were even kind enough to mail me a prescription instead of me having to drive all the way to them just to pick it up. 5 stars is not enough for them- they deserve 10 stars out of 5. I would very easily and highly recommend them to anyone who asks. All 3 of my pups have been to them now. I just wish they were a little closer, but I'm very grateful and thankful to have found them for my Loki's surgery. Thank you Natchez Trace Veterinary Services!”

I lost a cat near and dear, Pepper, that suffered through a blocked urethra (common in male cats so be aware if they ever have bathroom problems or bloody urine). The doc literally drove in their car with me the half hour to a surgical facility, waited with me, advised me, and even though I ultimately made the toughest decision after learning there was nothing else to do, they stood with me through it all. I will always bring my pets here..they not only are the utmost professionals, they care about each and every animal as if it were their own. These people are everything I want to care for my pets.
