“If you want an awesome breakfast spot with really good food, look no further. Situated on the west side of Nashville. They do excellent breakfast, the standouts being their custard stuffed French toast, their pancake of the month (currently bananas foster as of Nov 2022), and their cinnamon roll. I got their lumberjack breakfast. I chose 2 over easy eggs, bacon (one of the crispiest and tastiest bacon you may have), potatoes, and 2 super fluffy pancakes. For $15, it’s a great value for the amount of good food you get. Make sure you join the waitlist online as soon as possible! On the day you want to go because there will be a decent wait. Parking is a little tricky, all the open spots are timed between 30-60 minutes depending on the signs. They also have a free parking garage for longer parking.”

And right next door is indeed a restaurant. We have never seen them treat anyone badly; in fact, they are always very kind to every customer. They have a great variety of hard-to-find fruits and vegetables as well as a good selection of rice and noodles. I called Jack Wards office and the front desk was very nice, helpful, and put us down as priority. Our tech was Levi and he was precious. He came in with a smile on his face and very professional. Each step of the process was easily navigated. Mitchell was incredible. I am especially thankful for their support during rescheduling our COVID affected date. We never had to wonder if our caterer was going to show up, which I can’t say about all the vendors. They were compliant with proper precautions the day of. I don’t think we could have chosen a better caterer. The entire experience was a good one. I only wish I had more room the day of to eat more of their delicious food.”

Most of the conversation is about the turn the weather just took or did you hear that Jack’s niece is pregnant, in jail, graduated from college? The food was good with home style sides; cabbage & turnip greens for me, mashed potatoes, gravy and white beans for my husband. He had fried pork cutlet, with fried cornbread. It was a great meal and overall fun experience. We did not make it to their gorgeous selection of desserts.”
