“If your trying to get examination for va benefits this is the location. For some reason it wasn’t on maps so I posted this. It is on the 6th floor of the building. The door should be visible from your right, left since there are elevators on both sides. It’s pretty self explanatory once you get off the elevator. I went here to do my examination and everything went well. They also recommend that I get checked in to a va Clinic in Clarksville or Hopkinsville. Which I will be doing and if there isn’t a location on maps I’ll add it for you all. They were pretty helpful and straight forward, but be weary of Nashville traffic I came left around 6:30am and got here at almost 8:00am. There always seems to be a delay. Also if you use Siri she will bring you to the airport.”

Many don't understand the Doctor is responsible for their patient and if you have Diabetes you need blood work or consultation. All phone calls are returned. Call or visit with a good attitude you will be respected and treated accordingly. Working with your Doctor is a two way street. Mutual respect is paramount and those who complain probably have problems with other care providers. We have an experience Doctor working in the practice and we understand many don't like changes. “I am a Parkinson's patient that is amazed by the care I receive at Vanderbilt by ALL the staff. So much so, that we (my wife & I) have referred several individuals to Vanderbilt. One episode that really impressed me was when I was making a trip from the Neurology Dept. to the cafeteria to get a cup of coffee, (and this PD patient was moving slowly), as many as twelve (12) employees of Vanderbilt stopped and asked if they could assist me in any way. (And it keeps getting better) The cashier said, "I have not did my good deed for the day", and paid for my cup of coffee! What amazes me, is that this attitude seems to prevail throughout Vanderbilt. I now go to Vandy's cardiology, as well as Neurology clinic. I AM ALWAY PLEASED!!! Oh, I about forgot to mention, we live about 2-3 hours away, and yet, will be seeing a relative soon to refer that individual to Vanderbilt. ”
