“I LOVE this place. I really didn’t know if I would but I absolutely do. I’m new to exercising, after having a child. I’ve started their classes (which they have a wide variety of) and I love them all so far. The instructors are friendly and definitely the reason why I’ve stuck with it. It’s incredibly helpful that my little one can go to their daycare while I workout and I trust their team with my child. I’ve lost almost 10lbs. in two weeks so I’m very happy and excited to keep with it. Other notes; -the facility is clean with many amenities. -The staff is friendly. -they even have a walking trail outside if you prefer the fresh air. -the building has its own streetlight which makes it easy to get in and out of the area.”

She helped us get sleep and start to feel more confident as new parents, which made those early days so much better. She is so knowledgeable and whenever my son experienced sleep changes or discomfort she helped us Identify what could be causing it and made recommendations. She loved our son like he was family, and for that we are so very grateful. She truly is a remarkable doula and I see her as a true friend, as she helped me through so many hurdles in early motherhood. I would highly recommend her to any new parents out there who need support! Her help is invaluable!”

“I had a great experience at auto zone hwy 70 in Nashville. I had determined my brake light was out and went to the auto zone 30 minutes before close. Jose offered to help take my light off my Car so we could determine the type of bulb because the system wasn’t cooperating. It was a harder task than thought to take my light off. Jose was so kind and patient and got his own tools and was able to get my light off, find a bulb for me, and come back out and reinstall the bulb for me. Even pushing past closing time and not rushing at all. It was such a kind and helpful gesture and really helped me a ton. Just want to say thank you again to Jose and I hope that he is acknowledged for his kindness and superb customer service.”

“Hardly any wait time at all! The check-in process was very quick and very easy! The front office , nurses, and doctor that saw me were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The office was very clean which is very important during these times right now! I will definitely come back now that I'm an established patient and look forward to seeing them again. The only thing that I would like to see changed is please merge the urgent Care with the regular St Thomas doctors offices so that they can share info and easily get medical charts so they are aware of any pre-existing medical conditions or medications that a patient is taking.”
