Discovery Place

Discovery place gave me a new life! They are everything they said they would be but so much more. They are a recovery retreat were I learned what the problem was and what the solution was and it totally changed my world.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I love coming back for visits every chance I get. Thank you all and the founders for providing a place that can actually change our lives. If you have a love one that is struggling with substance abuse I would highly suggest DP. Best of all the staff have been in recovery themselves so they know first hand what you’re going through.

If you know any man who is struggling,this is the place. My husband came home to me with so much knowledge and new coping skills. The staff here is so helpful and they know the life and what it is to be free. They pushed my husband in ways he didn't know he needed. They kept in contact with me and gave our family such valuable support. At the time, Yoga ofDickson was involved (don't know if she still is), but this in particular lit a fire in my husband. It's been 3 years and I am so grateful for Discovery Place and that my husband can look back with fond memoris.

Discovery Place has changed so many lives. Our family has been able to build a beautiful life because of the amazing work they do.

This place, and more importantly it’s people, saved my life. It’s complete and compassionate, 12 step recovery based program allowed me to be met where I was at instead of being talked down to. I can’t bring to mind enough positive words to adequately describe how grateful I am for Discovery Place and the community it has cultivated over the last 25 years.
