Staff is very courteous and if they don't have an answer they find one as quickly as possible for me.I would recommend them to everyone

I've been extremely happy with her as my agent and recently made sure she could still be my agent if I moved closer to the city! I came to Allstate about 6 months ago from Geico, who I had been with for over a decade. I immediately felt 100% more respected and valued, on top of saving over $100 a month (with a lot more coverage) by switching. I definitely look forward to the next decade (and more!) with Allstate.

Shannon and her office staff provide a great deal above just plain customer service. They get to k ow you and what your family needs are. She will also let you know options and never pushes or sways you towards products you didn’t ask for or need. Takes care of my home/flood/earthquake/car insurance needs. Switched after the other company started treating me like a number instead of a customer.
