Lake water level is currently being lowered to make improvements to the lake. The is becoming a "Bill Dance" designated lake.

(May 6, 2021, 7:55 pm)Very neat place! Has a 7 mile walking/biking path around it. You can rent a boat for 10 dollars a day, no motor though. It has a little archery range, bows and arrows not provided. You can also fish, a fishing license is required. Highly recommend going if not just for a walk!
