(December 28, 2022, 5:41 pm)During the deep freeze our hot water heater stopped working. Not frozen or burst pipes just stopped working. Although the spots were filling up fast they were able to meet a 24 hour service time. Work was fast, excellent and would recommend. Labor rate is high, bt due to the need of responsiveness it was a fair trade off.
(November 16, 2022, 8:15 pm)We live in midtown house that is close to 100 years old and has the boiler and associated assets to prove it. Our concern has been the lack of expertise and service staff needed to work on our ancient boiler and radiators in Memphis. We were ecstatic to find Patton Plumbing Heating and AC and for the first time in many years, the house is warm and cozy. The lead service manager was Billy Wylie and he was very professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the details to me. The service was exceptional and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a successful outcome for their plumbing, heating or air conditioning projects. Thank you!
(October 13, 2022, 12:19 pm)Roy and Colby did a wonderful job resolving my plumbing issue. They were both very personable and went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was taken care of. It turned out to be a tougher job than expected, but they only charged me for what was originally quoted. They are a quality company with great people, and I highly recommend this business for plumbing and hvac service.
(September 15, 2022, 7:21 pm)We wanted to change our wood burning fireplace to gas. Although there was a capped line outside the house there was no gas in the house. Patton did a timely and professional installment of new lines outside and inside to the firebox. They were very informative of every step and our installation technician Shane, was friendly, informative, and professional.
