I called at 5pm requesting service (wouldn't open and the pulley system was off track) and they said they were about 4 weeks out but they gave me some advice. I was shocked and thrilled to receive a call at 1130 saying they could be over in 30 minutes. Because it's not a Coverstar cover, he couldn't fully service it, but he took his time helping us out. I'm so pleased with their service. We haven't been able to get an APS dealer to acknowledge us for two years.
