When it comes to the simplest of upgrades, somethings you need a pro to do. Jim is your man for the job, we got a fast appointment and he was responsive and did a great job upgrading to a retro faucet on our pedestal sink. He will be our plumber for every need moving forward!!

Jim did a great job and I would highly recommend him. We will be using him, when needed, in the future. He’s professional and fast!

Jim was very professional, direct, and not pushy. He confirmed the issue almost immediately and gave me a quote right then and there without doing the whole 10 minute presentation that a lot of Corporate plumbing outfits will do before they quote you a price that's about double what the average price should be.

The work was completed quickly and looks immaculate. Will be using Jim from now on.

We’ve used Jim the last 5 times we’ve had issues with our plumbing. He is always on time and does an amazing job. He explains the problem and what he has to do to fix the issue before he completes the job. Thankfully this last issue wasn’t as bad as I had initially thought. And Jim fixed it quickly.

After meeting with two other water heater/plumbing companies, one stated that how I was wanting my tankless water heater installed was too complicated and the second never got back to me with a price.

Then Jim Smith showed up. Jim was on-time and stood there patiently as I went through a mile-long list of questions and answered every one of them. I told him exactly what I wanted and he explained the pros and cons and some other options and what he would have to do to make it happen. After it was all said and done, I got my tankless water heater installed where I wanted it and Jim couldn't have been nicer and more professional. It's been nearly 3 months since the install. Everything is working perfectly. We love our new tankless water heater.
