  Communications
  Very fast response. I sent him an email Sunday expecting to get a response Monday after open. Nope got a response that same day. Probably within an hour.
  
  Work Quality
  Excellent. My rim had a gouge from hitting it a curb. Richard fixed that and powder coated all my rims. Looks amazing.
  
  Turn around time
  Fantastic. I dropped my car off Monday, he had it ready by Wednesday morning.
  
  Customer Service
  I told him of some of my time constraints. He said he would rush this job to get me my vehicle back asap.
  
  Any future issues, this is my go to shop.

  Best guy to work on your wheels and tires.
  He is very knowledgeable and kind overall had a great experience with Richard.

  I went to Richard when I was in dire need of a new set of tires and brakes. Richard was so friendly and professional when letting me know that while I did need new tires, my brakes were in fact in great condition. It's not too often you find someone who tells you that you don't need a service instead of trying to upsell you on things you don'tneed. He was very communicative while giving me options and scheduling the service. His pricing was great and I am very happy with my service. It also makes me happy knowing that this is a local small shop I can support and feel comfortable going to and does not have the intimidation factor of some of the big shops. Thanks, Richard!

  Very fast, fair pricing, and great customer service. Richard kept me in the loop throughout the repair process and was very thorough in identifying and fixing a tricky problem. Also easy to get in contact with and quick to begin the repair process. Would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service and will be back if/when needed in the future.
