Very helpful and not just out to get your money. They were honest with me when it came to cost and I really appreciated that especially since I know nothing about cars and I was by myself and that was the second time in less than a month my car would not start. Thank you O'Reilly staff you have made a new customer out of this girl.

Tire pressure light was on. Called them said come on by. Brock filled the tires manually checked all the pressures all in the pouring rain. Couldn’t have been nicer. Would highly recommend these guys!

My car broke down on the side of the road during a three state long drive. Fortunately, I was close enough to an Oreillys to ask for help. Even more fortunate for me, they employ two of the most kind and honest and helpful men I’ve met, Brock and Colton. Brock first assisted me in locating the problem and finding an efficient (and not expensive) solution. With the assist from Colton, they let me know that my car wasn’t going to go anywhere because I had blown a head gasket. Then they went even further and helped push my car into the Oreillys parking lot and assured me that it would be safe there until I could resolve the issue. I live in Kentucky and it was so nerve racking that my car was a state away and I couldn’t move it home immediately, but their assurances have comforted me through all this. GIVE EM RAISES AND PRAISES PLEASE MANAGEMENT. thank y’all for everything!

This was my first time visiting this new location and the customer service was fantastic. Brock was very polite and extremely helpful in finding the products that I needed and even installed them for me. I would definitely go back. Brock is an asset to your store.
