Excellent mail order pharmacy. I enjoyed their fast shipping time on ordered prescriptions. On your first time using their service, if their portal quotes you some outrageous amount of money for your prescription, call them to make sure their system has your insurance information setup correctly; this saved me $200 over the price quoted online by their system.

The staff at the pharmacy went above and beyond with getting authorization from my insurance company. They also helped with a copay assistance card to help with my copay. The order was shipped and received faster than I expected. They are a good company to help, and to deal with.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! They contacted me within a couple of hours of doctor’s appointment & shipped my prescription the next morning. I received it very quickly. I had questions on pricing with other comparable medications - they offered to looked up coupons and other options for me to see if we could save a few bucks. Will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them 100%!

Wonderful experience! I’d never had a pharmacy delivery like this. It was great! They were so fast and efficient, gave me an estimated delivery date just a few days out, but I got my cream the next day! Big Country is fabulous!
