  Dr Hayes & his staff are fantastic. The facility is fresh & clean. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was easy. Dr. Hayes' assistant Natalie did a quick procedure that was relatively painless. Every member of the staff I interacted with was great. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a dermatologist in the area.

  I had a 2:45 appt with Brenda Sanchez. I was called into the exam room at 2:45 and the nurse asked her questions to update my chart. Shortly after I changed into my gown, Brenda was knocking at the door to see me. Brenda and staff are very compassionate and easy to talk to. Being in healthcare I applaud Brenda and her nurse because Brenda is not charting and talking to me at the same time. Brenda is asking questions and is full engaged in my responses while her nurse is charting our Q& A . I wish more offices would take this stance so the providers have their full attention on the pt during an office visit.

  My daughter needed a first time check up and the PA Alli was amazing. So kind and wonderful bed side manners. My young daughter was instantly relaxed after being nervous to go to the appointment. She was treated and we appreciate the pro activity of staying on top of our concerns. Very impressed.

  I've been using Skin and Allergy Center for several years now, and continue to be pleased with the service and care I receive. Having had to see a dermatologist regularly since I was 18 for psoriasis, I've seen all different types of doctors. This has been the best experience in the 27 years of trying to find the right path to clear skin. Brenda not only takes care of my skin, but is diligent about making sure my medication is working well with other areas of my health as well. The support team at the office also makes life so much easier by taking care of pre authorizations quickly, and taking care of copay assistance programs for you. Issues with pharmacies and copay assistance that would normally be a complete run around for us, is completely solved by leaving a message at the office. I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out, but the lady that handles copay assistance will call the pharmacy, copay assistance, your insurance, your mama, WHOEVER she needs to call to get everything taken care of, for you, without you needing to take another step.
  Another big plus is wait time at the office! I've never had to wait any longer than a few minutes to be seen, which is completely unheard of at other doctors offices!

  This is how health care used to be. Proficient, straightforward, and personal. My entire experience had a refreshing demeanor of personalized care and friendliness. So many dermatology clinics have the feel of a used car dealer, where you're continually being upsold and steered toward things you don't want or need. They respected my time and were capable and personable. That's all I need.
