  Preston was on time knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He even took time to explain what he was doing to our grandson and let him help. I truly enjoyed his work.he made the experience great for our grandson. Thank you.

  Called them because my ceiling fan fell from the ceiling, thankfully when I was not home. Communication from Travis Electric was great! They even got me in earlier than they quoted originally. Kyle came out and was very thorough, explained everything to me, and showed me the repairs when he was done. You could tell he is a master of his craft. He worked fast, and cleaned up after the repairs. He completed an electrical inspection and found a few things that are concerning, no high pressure sales, just straight forward pricing and support. Will definitely be using Travis again! Very happy! 5 star service!

  Kyle and Preston were thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. They did the requested work to high standards and and in timely fashion. They made sure that we understood what they were doing, and they left no questions unanswered. They even helped me with an electrical issue with a machine in my wood shop that I could not have done on my own. They were personable and friendly—so much so that it greatly lessened the sting of writing the check! I could not have had a better experience with them. Thanks, guys! Maximum stars!

  We appreciate Travis Electrical for coming to our business in Hopkinsville. The technicians were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept their appointment and completed the task. The office staff was impeccable with communication during and after the install. The bio of the technician was a cherry on top! I felt comfortable knowing he had experience. What a plus. We should have started with Travis Electrical but they will be our new electrician. Thank you guys so kindly for the service you provide to our community!

  Travis Electric is and was amazing! After years of promises from other electricians, Travis Electric bid a job to wire and bring new power to a 1940’s barn on our farm. Dave, Hunter and Reagan did every single thing they promised…when they promised it. They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves, communicated frequently and seriously exceeded our expectations. Travis electric exhibits an unusual brand of customer service in this market, the kind usually reserved for 5 star hotels. They clearly understand what it means to be of service and we thank them for the best experience imaginable.
