(September 8, 2023, 3:39 pm)Very pleased with the whole experience with Carpet Express, from the showroom with Kendra who helped me with flooring selections, to the measuring and quoting process by Dwight and then the installation by the installation team. Everyone was helpful and professional and I’m happy with the end product. I had all flooring redone in my house including LVP and carpet. The pricing was competitive and their response time was great! I highly recommend the team at Carpet Express!

Kendra in the store was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful to me in picking out our new carpet and have the installation scheduled when it was convenient for me! The installation team, James and Jimmy, did an expert job and were very friendly and efficient! Don’t go anywhere else for your carpet needs. The price and selection were great. Carpet Express will take great care of you!

(October 8, 2020, 6:45 pm)Dealing with Carpet Express was easy and straight forward. The show room was clean and staff was very knowledgeable, polite , and experienced. They didn’t guide me toward the most expensive carpet but what was best for our home. They allowed us to take multiple samples home to ensure we picked the color we wanted. Then on install day they showed up 5 minutes early. Which seems to be unheard of these days keeping to a time table! The installation crew was fantastic. They treated my home as if it were there own. Carpet looks great and the customer service from day one was superb.
