Kirkwood Place

Very nice apartment complex. Benefits included gated community, clean pool area, nice workout area, overall very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this complex to any people that inquire about the complex

Have lived here since October 2021. The apartment is brand new, so it's very modern and clean. Community has nice amenities and the staff is friendly.
My only issue is with the noise from the upstairs neighbors. Loud music, yelling and stomping around like a herd of elephants. I know it's something that happens with apartment living but it really gets annoying.

I love our apartment! Everything is beautiful and modern. I absolutely love our island kitchen, mudroom, and high ceilings. The pool/clubhouse is beautiful, and the gym has everything we need. The doggy day spa is also a plus because we don’t have to worry about going to a pet wash. I’ve always said I would never live in a apartment, and I’m so glad Kirkwood Place proved me wrong, because I love it here! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment! ❤️
