Amazing experience! From staff to the doctor! Dr Mathews really explained everything to me in a way that a child could understand. That says a lot. After several months of suffering from plantar fasciitis, one visit with him has me back to a normal state! I’m back in the gym with no problems!

The waiting room is too small for this practice. They treat a lot of diabetic foot problems and have a higher than most doctors patients in wheelchairs. Navigating through the office is horrible. The doctors are wonderful and understanding but some of the staff are not so great. The staff members are always rushed and a couple take that out on the patients.

Every time I come to Gateway Foot And Ankle, the staff are always very professional, my wait time is not very long compared to other doctors offices, and I am always satisfied after I leave the clinic.

Dr. Truscello is AMAZING! My son had reconstructive foot surgery on both feet, and both times, his care was top-notch. I highly recommend this practice.

Friendly people who are good at their jobs. Appointment times are kept. I am comfort able when I leave. I wish I could get appointment times more frequently, but the VA, which is my payer, doesn't allow it. So, we deal with it.
