The staff, especially India, were so incredibly helpful and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressurized into buying anything, which isn’t always the case with some high-end shops.
I ended up buying some beautiful earrings and having a specialized antique clock repaired because of their warmth and transparency and fairness with pricing.
I cannot recommend them enough and will be returning.

Took my ring here to get some prong work done and to get it re-dipped. They had a super fast turn around time and they have an in house jeweler so it never leaves the store. They did an incredible job and I’ll definitely be back!

Came in there to replace a lost engagement ring with my birthstone and their selection for the band and how we wanted the ring to look! They had patience and were very honest and nice and so very helpful! Thank you for helping my husband and I! Especially with the pricing!

Came in for a watchband sizing on a watch not purchased there. Very pleasant personnel. I'm going to take a Pandora bracelet in next for a cleaning and two other watches for battery replacement.
