Great service! Very knowledgeable and professional! Craig I believe was our technician and he was fantastic. He was timely and made sure I didn’t have to wait all day but was also professional enough to work around my work schedule and was courteous with how loud he talked while I was in a meeting for work. Very happy and will be using again if needed!

They came out for my Lowe's protection plan. This is actually the second time. The first time was for my dryer. This time a year and a half later it was for my washer. They were quick, on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I also like that the office manager and her assistant are helpful in keeping me up to date about what lowes is choosing to do with my washing machine.

Service was excellent. They are on time very knowledgeable and skilled. The only drawback was 3 week wait for appointment and then 3 week wait for part. Both are things out of their control. When you are that good everyone calls you and Covid has totally destroyed the supply chain for parts. If you think your appliance is starting to go, don't wait to call.
