I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeff and his partner! They were wonderful, on time, professional, and did quality work! I know nothing about plumbing and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand what needed to be done. They were both kind to my super curious kitties. They did a fantastic job hooking my plumbing back up and installing my new faucet! I am very impressed with the service I received today! I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I called on a Friday morning, with a Non-emergency plumbing issue/repair/upgrade whatever. The call was politely answered and a technician/repairman was sent out that morning! Where and when does that happen? I guess my lucky day. I immediately received a text to confirm the appointment and who the tech would be. Dennis arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He was polite, went over my options. Called the office to confirm some parts availability and prices. Gave me options and a FAIR estimate. Plumbing repair isn't cheap but I didn't have to take out a home equity loan. Oh-Did I mention he said he could do the work now, during this visit? He started right away and every time I came to check on progress he would answer my questions. So-Estimate/accurate; cost/excellent; his recommendations/great (he suggested a couple of improvements that I had been thinking of anyway); quality of work/excellent; cleanliness/politeness-great. Bottom line would I recommend Mac Plumbing?-YES; would I do business with Mac Plumbing again?-YES.

So grateful for the team that came out today to help us with our plumbing issue! Around 1430 today all our drains started backing up, indicating an issue with our septic tank. Dennis and Eli were able to make it out this evening and identify the issue quickly. They got our tank completely pumped out and checked to make sure there weren't any other issues. They were super informative and helped us better understand how the system works and how to do proper maintenance. They were also super patient of our 6 year old who had a million questions. Thank you all so much again for your prompt service and getting our system fixed!

Our heat & air system is very old and we are getting quotes for replacing our existing unit.
Robert was on time for appointment and was very thorough in his inspection and understanding of what we are wanting to accomplish. He took his time and explained everything so that we could understand what he had to offer. Very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Thank you Robert and MAC. 5/31/23

Adam from MAC was performing plumbing repairs for us. We could tell he was very experienced and knew exactly how to solve our problems. He replaced an outside hydrant and repaired a leaking pipe that was under our house. He was on time and very efficient. Thank you Adam & MAC.

MAC was able to schedule me within 24 hours. Adam installed my new sink faucet and it works perfectly. MAC is always professional and polite, not to mention fast and efficient. They have the best employees around and they really know their stuff. I highly recommend MAC Plumbing.
