BOWEN COMBATIVE ARTS ACADEMY

This is a great gym for families. My husband is gone a lot and this gym family helps me out with my littles so I can continue training. They try to be the village alot of military families need! My kids love Coach Donny and BJJ.

Walking into this place is an immediate feeling of family. Everyone knows everyone, the kids are taking classes, the parents are training, and you just know you are welcome there. I used to think that jiu-jitsu was over for me because of my crazy schedule and taking so much time off but the professors always take their time to meet me where I am in my training and build me up. My son has gained so much confidence through training as well! The anti-bully method they teach is great for kids (and adults, too). Overall, just an amazing place to be.
