Nicest trailer park I've been to

Great place. Not saying l am one of those overprotective parents but l refuse to allow just anyone to treat my 2 Westies. I have no apprehension entrusting the girls to any of these folks. We have, what l believe, a two way trust and the down to Earth folks instill real professional each and every time.

They were very helpful in time of need. The other vets offices were my big mama was established at " Ventana " would see her in about couple of months. This is sad that a vets office would put your sick animals health more at risk because of COVID. You would think that a vet would be more app to help you in time of need, like Bernalillo pet Care Center did. God bless you and your staff for your help. Sorry to say "shame" on the other pet clinics.

In response to the negative reviews I've been reading on this site.....
I've been a client of Bernalillo Pet Care Center since the day they initially opened. Over the years they have treated my dogs as well as my lizards. The staff and the doctors are all very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Regarding the complaints about front office staff..... Everyone has a bad day on occasion and most recently I had a not so pleasant phone experience with a seemingly very young individual that was apparently new as I had not dealt with her before. Her phone etiquette was very bad as well as her attitude with my concerns regarding my old gsd's medication. I believe additional training customer service may be necessary. But that one little hiccup would never stop me from continuing with their service as it is the best in this area in my personal opinion. In addition, I had to make a decision to let my old guy take his final journey to his permanent resting place across the bridge and I could not have asked for a more understanding, compassionate and tender treatment of both Zen and myself during this devastating experience. I will always be grateful to them for all that they do. I suggest some of you try to be a tad bit more understanding these days and if you have an issue with an individual, by all means.... speak to management! Thank you so much Staff and Doctors at Bernalillo Pet Care for everything you did for me and especially for my fourth and last German Shepherd, Zen. There is a special place in heaven for every single one of you.

We have friends who live here. I seen a lot of trailer parks, I'm not sure you can qualify this as one. This place is clean, well maintained, and quite cute. So lets call it a manufactured home residency. Right down the road they have Jazz music in the park during the summertime. The housing is on the outskirts of town, but only a few minutes from everything which is nice because you can enjoy being close to the city, but not have all the crazy traffic. I would imagine this place would be a great place to rent if you were to get stationed at Ft. Campbell. I'm impressed.

My family has lived here for about 2yrs now.. We bought the home and rent the property but even if just renting the costs are far more accommodating than Nashville and 100% better school district..
Between the schools, management and location I couldn't ask for much more. It's truly a neighborhood that kids are able to play safely outside and should a true concern ever arise the office is quick to handle it. (I'm not talking pretty neighbor bickering. I mean safety.)
The office is VERY active with the community and holds events for the neighborhood a few times a year with plenty to enjoy a family.
We absolutely would and have recommendations this neighborhood to others and don't have any desire to move anytime soon.
Anywhere kids can play ball, ride bikes, walk dogs etc and feel safe is great. My only qualms are with some ppl not abiding the posted speed limits and that's an issue almost anywhere these days.
