(January 10, 2023, 7:08 am)Surprisingly fast. The new registee system allows for quicker turn around in getting in ans out. The staff were friendly and helpful and it made for one of thr best visits I have had.
(November 29, 2022, 5:06 pm)The process to get a Real ID was seamless. We signed in using a QR code. Very simple. We received a text message when it was our turn and it was also announced out loud.
The person who assisted us was Richard. Very polite, professional and new exactly what he was doing.
The whole process took about 20 minutes from the time we walked in the door and signed in.
(July 17, 2020, 3:28 pm)You know, I was dreading the aspect of sitting there for hours, as I've heard other people say that that's what it took them.
But in all honesty, I made an appointment for 2:00 p.m., and they got me out of there by 2:30 p.m. . Got my real ID taken care of. I have no complaints other than there's not enough parking. I had to park in the median.
