“After a bad storm in August 2021 we had to file a claim through USAA. A few days later Jorge came for the inspection and answered any question I could think of! After the inspection was approved, we had another meeting with Jorge to iron out details. This company had recently undergone a total staff and crew replacement. Every step of the way Jorge made sure to keep us in the loop. When the incorrect chimney cover came I was called and immediately told the expected delivery day. Which wasn't bad at all, like 2 days. Michelle periodically checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Didn't catch the names of our crew. They were both friendly and did a wonderful job! Came home the 2nd day to find our dog escaped, however, they caught and kept an eye on her. The roof looks amazing!”

“I have never attended a service at this church, but the both my dad and stepmother were members. They are both buried in the church cemetary. Pastor Daniel spoke at both of their services. He is a very kind and genuinely nice person. My dad and stepmother spoke very highly of his passion for the word of Christ and the way he cares for his congregation. Having met him on 2 occasions now I can honestly say the man is a true servant of his faith.”

Of course, this process took a little time and patience to get completed, but Edwards Roofing will honor the job and do you right as a customer if you stick with them and be reasonable. These guys are working their tails off to make sure the job gets done right without cutting any corners, but even when mistakes are made, they take pride in their work and honor their word, and that was what really made the difference for me.
