Learning Zone Berkshire

We have been at The Learning Zone (Berkshire) since it opened. My two boys love this daycare so much. I have seen significant improvement in communication with the parents and consistency with the teachers over the past year or so. These teachers have become like family and love on my boys so well - making it as easy as it can be for a momma to leave her babies with someone else!

We switched to Learning Zone a few months ago. I was so nervous about how our toddler would transition to a new school. I can confidently say that with the help of the amazing teachers and staff at LZ Berkshire it has been a smooth process. Our girls love their teachers and I can tell their teachers love them. The staff is welcoming, kind, and have made us feel right at home!

Trusting someone other than yourself with your child is so very difficult as a parent. We had a very unpleasant experience at another daycare to the point we were desperately looking for other childcare for our 6 month old. We found an opening at Learning Zone at Berkshire and it is an answered prayer. Their customer service is awesome and you not only can see that they genuinely care about your child, but you can also feel it. I am greeted every morning with a “Good Morning!” along with a smiling face as I walk in the front door. All the teachers know my baby and wave as we are walking to class for drop off. Something so simple as this gesture brings peace and calmness in an already emotionally heightened experienced. The infant teachers are top of the line following protocol and always greet me with a kind, caring spirit. They are excited to see my baby and he smiles at them as we transition arms. These small things are so important to me as babies will let you know how they feel about someone! I definitely 100% recommend LZ Berkshire for any parents searching for a childcare and peace of mind and heart!

Learning Zone has been a great place for my daughter since 2021. Their facility is always clean, their curriculum has taught her so much, and their meals are the healthiest meals for kids. My daughter has loved growing up with the friends she started out with, she always talks about her day. The director and assistant director have always addressed our concerns and heard our voice with anything we talked to them about (very little). They host events for families and community around them, and we are so thankful for their love on our daughter. It has made this mama and teacher heart happy.

We left our former daycare to attend here. It's been great and we've seen huge changes in our children (2.5 & 5). They follow state regulations very closely, instill cleanliness in the kids with hand washing, and have a great curriculum. Both directors are open and honest when you ask questions. I think many people have never experienced other daycares or have higher expectations of what they want in a daycare but in anything, grace goes a long way. These people are human.
