Creative Smiles Dental Care

We’ve been going to Creative Smiles for over 10 yrs and always have the best experience! Whether it’s stopping in for a school form to be filled out or a cleaning by Brittany. Very friendly and sweet team to interact with! Dr. Gade and Amy have been amazing with my son during his fillings. Never once did they give up or lose their patience. They walk him through everything before doing it.
