I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Dr. Ann Herron by my PCP and I love was extremely impressed with her! I was initially referred to Dr. Karam at Nephrology Associates after meeting him during a hospital stay after going into kidney failure due to kidney stone complications and was very unhappy with him. Dr. Karam made me feel like a number and rushed me out of my initial appointment instead of taking the time to sit an explain my situation or discuss any type of treatment plan. My initial visit with Dr. Herron was a completely different experience and I was extremely happy with the entire process. It was easy to schedule an appointment, her staff was friendly, I was seen quickly, and Dr. Herron made me feel like she actually cared about me. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained my situation so I was able to fully understand everything, and started me on a treatment plan to maintain my kidney function. I highly recommend Dr. Ann Herron!!!
