This is the most respectful, caring, attentive and affordable funeral home I think I've ever seen or worked with. You get the feeling that they genuinely care about you and your passed loved one. You know the minute you walk in the door that you and your loved one are in the best and most caring hands possible. They respect you and your grieving process completely. They're not pushy, aggressive or overpriced. We couldn't be relatively happier with our experience with Smith family funeral home. Thank you very much for all you've done for us. I highly recommend them, pardon the pun, but I told them their customer service was “a dying breed” these days. We compared 2 other funeral homes regarding pricing and they were the least expensive.

John and Aaron were so kind and compassionate to me and my family. We had called other funeral homes prior to calling Smith Family Funeral and Cremation in Murfreesboro. They were all more expensive and the conversations felt very scripted. John and Aaron helped take care of our father’s cremation quickly and with genuine kindness at an extremely fair price. My father was a veteran, and it gave us comfort knowing this is a veteran owned company and faith based. This is a service you don’t realize how much you need until a loved one passes away. Their sincerity and professionalism is top notch! I cannot recommend them enough to other families. They were such a blessing to mine during such a difficult time.
