Gateway Urgent Care

The young lady at the desk last night was very attentive to all that walked in. Even in the midst of like 4 patients within a matter of minutes, she handled all of us with kindness and respect. I was seen promptly and felt that both the MA/Nurse (Hannah) and the PA took their time to find out my needs and take care of me.

My visit yesterday to Gateway Urgent Care was to get my hand checked because of a cat scratch. I was concerned that it may be getting infected and wanted to get a professional to check it. The check in process was quick and I was called in within 15 minutes of arrival. The staff was very friendly and professional. The tech that came in was very thorough and had a professional demeanor. A decision to give me an antibiotic was made by the intern after considering what my drug allergies are. I am very well pleased with the service.

Julia and the whole staff were excellent and timely in their care! They went into great detail to supervise me and walk through an extensive regimen of tasks to confirm the need of further medical care. I have been trusting this team since they opened and have sent many patients to them, they are great!

My first experience with Gateway Urgent Care was outstanding. From the time I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Wait time was about 5 minutes prior to being seen, from the time I walked in and left it was about an hour and a half. That included filling out new patient paperwork, treatment which included sutures. I found all staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The facility was new and very clean. I would recommend highly to anyone in need of medical attention.

Extremely clean and very friendly facility!! My first visit and it was a pleasant one. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Didn't have the feel of a normal doctor's office, very modern and welcoming. I'll definitely be returning for urgent family needs.
