It’s the simple things! On November 3 someone hit the back of my car & it took 4 months to get the person’s insurance service to settle the claim. I found JW’s Collision Center here in Murfreesboro to not only do the repair, but they dealt with the insurance company. I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with the customer service that was offered by “Blake” at JW’s who proactively updated me with a phone call at every important step. And they got it ready more than a work earlier than expected Turned in my rental & picked up my car today…it’s so pretty now!
