(May 14, 2019, 12:18 pm)Like all Fresenious, Kidney Care facilities, the patient is priority and care is exceptional. The staff understands this and operates with a sense of purpose. This focus is ubiquitous in all aspects of the organisation, something that can be lost in our progression as a society.
Witnessing this with regularity and without bias of having direct patient interaction, allows for a more informed view of this dynamic, while maintaining an objective disposition.
Anything less than exceptional is, in my opinion, limited in scope and one-dimensional.
