Panther Creek Parc

It's not often you find a place where the grounds are pet friendly, the staff is friendly, the maintenance crew is helpful, and attentive. Panther Creek hits on all points! Anytime we had a maintenance request, it was taken care of the same day, or promptly the very next day. Each time we had a question for the leasing office, it was answered efficiently and with a smile - if asked in person.

The grounds are maintained pretty well and although we didn't fully take advantage of the amenities there, there are plenty! Having the community being gated was a nice comfort, even though the area is not crime ridden.

If you're looking for a new apartment, definitely consider Panther Creek!

My partner and I have lived here for a year now and our experience has been fantastic. Panther Creek provides excellent support for its residents through quick and dependable maintenance with great accessibility and customer care. The location is perfect if you are looking for convenience — being close to Medical Center, you are a quick drive away from anything you could need. The convenience of being close to the Nashville area is a great plus as well. The complex is quiet, clean, and very pet friendly. Our unit is very spacious, soundproof, and includes a great view of the creek and surrounding woods, which gives a more natural feel to the quickly growing area. We cannot recommend this place enough!!

I am posting a review on behalf of my parents Barry and Sue. They have lived in Panther Creek Parc for 3 years, and it has been an incredible home for them! They moved from N.C. To be closer to us, and from the first day of their move in, until now, we have had the best customer care we’ve ever seen. Chad and his team are always friendly, ready to help with anything we need, and make them feel like it’s not just an apartment, but a forever home!!! They have become like family to us. Each staff member always has a smile, goes above and beyond, and even made some accommodations for our 88 and 90 yr. Old parents to help them move around safely.
The units are beautiful, porches are large, and the grounds are kept pristine!! The complex is perfectly located right next to grocery stores, and The Avenue. The pool and clubhouse is breathtaking, and we even rented the activity room for a small fee, and had the perfect family birthday party. The maintenance staff is more than responsive and they also have gone above and beyond!!
The apartments are quiet, and there is plenty of parking close to each unit.
We cannot praise this beautiful place enough. We hope they can continue to make this their home for many years to come!!!

My husband and I have lived here since 2016, and have had a great experience overall. The management has always been extremely helpful when I have needed their assistance. They are not overbearing at all. The walls seem adequately insulated, because I can barely hear my neighbors next to me. The apartment is spacious, and the screened-in patio is great for my cat! We have loved living here.

I love living here and so glad made the decision to do so. The apartments are nice, spacious, have a beautiful lay out, and most importantly are soundproof. In our previous apartment you could hear everything through the walls you shared with your neighbor, even a sneeze. Here, you don’t hear a thing which is most important to us. You have your complete privacy separated from your friendly neighbors. From the gated community, to the food trucks, and fun festivities they hold, it’s a great price for the living standards this place offers. The staff at the complex are amazing - office and maintenance. Maintenance works fast and hard and they’ve always been helpful. Panther Creek is also located in a really nice area being less than a mile from a gas station, grocery store, and restaurants. Whether you decide to retire here or move your family to Panther Creek, this place has everything you need.
