The Receptionist Brittany is Amazing and very compassionate, she goes above and beyond in all that she does. She’s Very professional and her level of care is extremely off the charts. She placed Customers service on a level like no others. She is the best. Now, Dr Buffy Storm and her assistant works at the Highest Level of Excellence. I was so scared of Dentist to the point I hadn’t been in over 20 years., I wanted to cry, run, and say I can’t do this. Her assistant talked to me with the most calming voice, her level of comforting was awesome, by the time she finished calming me down I was smiling with joy and ready for my Root Canal. Dr. Storm is excellent, her work level is way above and beyond, she was excellent, compassionate and extremely caring. If you have Dental fears this is the place for you, don’t bother looking any where else. Dr Storm is the best she takes time talking, explaining, and answering all your questions, and then her work is Exceptional. Perfect, Perfect, Perfection.

Let me first say I have a fear of having any dental work done. I had to have a root canal done on three teeth. Karen was my dental assistant she was so compassionate and knew I was very worried about my procedure. She talked me through the whole procedure before we even got started she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was blown away by her compassion. Dr. Storm is probably the best dentist I have ever been to. She is very nice and compassionate as well. She too knew my fears and she made sure that I wasn’t in pain. My procedure took 3 and 1/2 hours and I was comfortable the whole procedure. Dr. Storm listens to you as if she is your best friend she doesn’t rush through, and she answers all your questions and concerns. We can’t forget the office staff they are just as great too. They were very nice and welcoming too.

Dr. Storm has a very gentle touch. Seemingly by design, she and her staff provided one of the very best dental experiences I've ever had. Nothing was lacking, and they seemed to have refined their processes with caring for their patients at the forefront of their priorities. I left their office comfortable with and confident in the work they performed. I don't suppose I could have asked for more. I highly recommend.

If you ever need a root canal, this is the place to go! Everyone there is Super Nice and thy explain everything little detail. Dr. Buffy Storm is Great, you can't ask for a better place to go

This place is the best! Everyone here is concerned with the comfort and convenience of the patient. I had a root canal done there today, and it was easy. I wouldn't have known it was a root canal if they hadn't shown me the x-ray! Anyone who needs the dental services Middle Tennessee Endodontics offers should call here first!
