I’ve never had anything but a stellar experience here, after switching my monthly subscription over from M*ster W*sh. On multiple occasions, when I’ve truly just waited too long in between washes, I’ve been offered a second wash free of charge; directly from the manager. While the whole team, that I’ve encountered, has been wonderful; Emmeline is a particularly awesome employee, she has literally helped me so many times and always refuses my tips. I figured the least I could do was leave a Google review, so confused as to why the negative prior reviews..
