My experience here has been good. I appreciate the staff there for their work and kindness. My orders always come out right, especially when I use their mobile app.

Whoever is the drive through operator during 12:25am has one of the most professional attitude I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, give this man a raise!

I've had multiple frustrating experiences with this store and its franchises. Tonight's struggle was with the kiosk. However, the manager – Tyler – was very helpful with a quick resolution. Hope to have more workers like you! Also, the store was much cleaner than usual.

I was able to call them from San Antonio Texas, I saw a youtube video and they were able to help me get my daughters chair to work , when the company I got the chair from didn't know what was going on. Thanks to them my daughter wasn't stuck at school! Thank you so much for taking the time to walk me though the process for me.

My husband needed a power wheelchair in a hurry. We couldn’t believe it, we called Progressive Mobility at 9 am, and had the chair delivered before noon. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We will certainly do business with them in the future for any medical needs. Sure took a lot of worry off my husband.

I got a chair lift from this company. They were very responsive, nice and very competent. The sales person, Carson, came to my home and we discussed the installation of the chair. Then the installer, Zack, came and was right on time. The installation went exactly as they said it would. These folks are very nice and the product is great. I have 17 steps to get into my condo and I don't know what I would do without my chair. Great investment. I also had to get a new refrigerator delivered after the chair was installed and it was no problem. My steps are 40 inches wide but with the chair folded up, the delivery people had no problems getting around the chair. I would recommend this product and this company.

In Sept. 2019 I purchased an aluminum frame walker for my 95 year old mother from Progressive Mobility. They were good enough to send a rep to my mother's retirement home with some samples, one of which I purchased. The rep was very knowledgeable about the correct use and adjustment of walkers and my mother and I learned some things we did not know. All in all, a good experience from a good company. Highly recommended.
